Information about the position
At the heart of our mission is a commitment to the safety and security of people and the uninterrupted continuity of operations. As a Business Continuity Management (BCM) Specialist focusing on the organisation’s resiliency, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that, regardless of the challenge, our entire ecosystem remains robust and ready to recover.
In this position, you’ll:
- Co-create with a senior BCM specialist to implement and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Validate crisis management operational readiness through the orchestration of table-top exercises, simulations, and translating post-drill gap analysis into actionable remediation plans.
- Provide clear, data-driven insights to executive teams regarding the current state of business resilience.
- Apply industry best practices in business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational continuity to elevate Vinted’s resilience.
- Coordinate BCM-related training and awareness communication.
About you:
- Quick learner willing to build business continuity capabilities within a fast-paced engineering environment.
- Can identify practical risks and explain them to stakeholders.
- Have experience in planning and building processes from the ground up.
- Can work well in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English.

The salary range for this position is €3,558 – €4,808 gross per month.
