Brief info about Vinted

Our mission is to make second-hand the first choice, and we're looking for people who want to help us get there. Every day, we work together to help our members buy and sell pre-loved clothing and lifestyle items, giving each piece a second life – or even a third.
The Vinted Group is made up of three business units that support this mission:

Vinted Marketplace is Europe’s leading platform for second-hand fashion and a go-to destination for all kinds of pre-loved items, with a growing range of categories. Our platform connects millions of members across 20+ markets, helping great items find a new life.

Vinted Go enhances the shipping experience with a vast network of over 500,000 pick-up and drop-off points, partnering with more than 60 carriers across Europe, with added services like item verification for peace of mind on high-value pieces.

Vinted Pay is the newest part of the Vinted Group, dedicated to bringing secure, reliable payments to buyers and sellers across Europe. Seamlessly integrated into the Vinted app, it helps keep every transaction safe, efficient, and easy for our members.

Founded in 2008 in Lithuania, Vinted began as a way for friends to find new homes for clothes they no longer needed. In 2019, we became Lithuania's first unicorn! Today, our headquarters remain in Vilnius, and we've grown with offices across Europe, supported by a team of over 2,000 people.

Information about the position

As Audio Video & Production Engineer, you will own the full technical operation of Vinted's new Conference Center - a purpose-built event space designed for all-hands, hybrid broadcasts, podcasts, executive meetings, and large-scale productions of up to 600+ attendees.

You'll be part of the Digital Workplace team within Vinted's IT organisation, working closely with the Event & Venue Manager and Event Operations Lead. Your role sits at the intersection of live event production and day-to-day workplace technology - making sure every event, from a 10-person board meeting to a company-wide all-hands, looks and sounds exactly as it should.

The Conference Center spans a main event space, DJ/bar zone, and terrace - each with independent AV systems. • Run or support multi-camera productions including recordings and 4K livestream scenarios
  • Provide elevated technical support for C-suite and board-level meetings - pre-tested, on-standby, zero improvisation
  • Own the internal podcast production workflow - from recording and editing to publishing
  • Support Google Meet / laptop BYOD usage and troubleshoot live issues quickly
  • Create and maintain operating procedures, room modes, runbooks, and quick-start guides for users
  • Monitor equipment health, stock, batteries, cabling, and spare devices
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for maintenance, upgrades, repairs, and event readiness

About you

  • Proven experience operating AV systems for meetings, events, or production environments
  • Solid understanding of audio, video, microphones, displays, cameras, and lighting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage livestreaming, recording, and hybrid meeting support end to end is a must
  • Comfortable troubleshooting calmly and effectively during live events
  • Experience providing AV support for senior stakeholder and leadership-level events
  • Able to document processes clearly and improve the user experience of shared spaces
  • Strong planning and communication skills - comfortable coordinating across internal teams and external vendors
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and takes pride in a technically ready, visually tidy space
  • Flexible to support events outside standard hours when needed
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Advantages: Experience with Q-SYS or similar room control / DSP platforms and AV over IP / network-based AV environments, multi-camera production and wireless microphone coordination, supporting stage lighting and event scenes, basic understanding of DJ / event performance setups, liaising with external AV integrators and vendors
