Information about the position 

As a Member Support Training Specialist, you will work with the training of our Member Support agents, which will include developing training concepts, creating material, and working on improvements in the initial training and onboarding phases. You will collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders regarding training effectiveness improvement in quality and operational aspects. As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for successful initial training implementation and effective support mechanisms during onboarding, ensuring compliance with initial training standards and principles across different teams. In this role, you will report to the Training Team Manager.

In this position, you’ll 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to specify expected outcomes after initial and onboarding phases, and define training agendas that align seamlessly with business objectives.
  • Establish and refine initial training standards to ensure all materials are consistent and effective.
  • Design engaging training materials using instructional design models, assess their effectiveness, and implement improvements.
  • Develop initial training programs and onboarding modules, ensuring alignment with expected outcomes and strategic goals.
  • Utilise industry-standard models to evaluate training success, analyse impacts on quality and performance metrics, and monitor post-launch training waves.
  • Create LMS-compatible content and establish usage guidelines for initial training.
  • Enhance the MS agents' onboarding phase by developing new hire support mechanisms, and managing training volumes to focus on efficiency and KPI achievement.
  • Drive training and onboarding-related training efficiency improvements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of training processes and continuously refine them.

About you 

  • Proven experience in business training.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in education sciences.
  • Creative and enthusiastic about continuous learning and training.
  • Proficient in developing engaging training materials using instructional design models.
  • Expertise in creating LMS-compatible content and promoting its effective use within training initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating the effectiveness of training materials and programs, with the ability to report on success metrics.
  • Results-oriented with project management competency to drive improvement in training areas and achieve set goals.
  • Strong collaboration skills for partnering proactively with cross-functional teams to develop training agendas aligned with business strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Open to change and maintaining a positive attitude towards dynamics.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level).
