Information about the position
In this role, you will become a vital part of the Marketing Programs & Ops team, which acts as a hub of strategic execution for our marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the team lead, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across the company, supporting and guiding the marketing teams with deep analysis, modeling, and strategic insights. This team is crucial in linking marketing performance to our broader business objectives, ensuring that we continue to scale and grow in a competitive market.
This role is suited to people who wish to combine their analytical skills and strong business acumen to make marketing proposals which can massively impact the growth of the business.
In this position, you’ll
- Lead the design and execution of large-scale marketing programs, applying your expertise in analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning to make informed strategic decisions.
- Manage a diverse project portfolio, showcasing agility in addressing complex challenges across various aspects of marketing operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure marketing programs are cohesive, effectively executed, and supportive of overarching business goals.
- Provide analytical support for marketing teams, developing robust financial models and conducting scenario analyses to underpin program strategies and investment decisions.
- Play a pivotal role in the financial planning process, from initial planning to ongoing reporting, ensuring alignment with financial targets and strategic objectives.
- Engage in continuous process improvement within the marketing domain, advocating for and implementing best practices that enhance program execution and marketing efficiency.
About you
- BSc/MSc in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering.
- Extensive years experience in a high-performance environment, such as venture capital, strategy consulting, or a fast-growing tech company.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
- Structured and detail-oriented personality.
- Proficiency in extracting, analysing, and visualising quantitative data in automated ways, using Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
- Eager to understand how things work, improve where there is something, and create where there is nothing.
- Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English (it’s our working language)
