Information about the position 

As a People Tech Analyst, you will be responsible for enhancing the user experience within the Workday platform. This responsibility includes maintaining user guides, conducting thorough Workday testing, sharing insights and providing end-user support for Workday-related inquiries.

You will join our dynamic People Tech team, which primarily manages the Workday - Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Reporting to the People Tech team lead, you will collaborate with three other People Tech team members. Our team is accountable for configuring Workday, adopting new functionalities, integrating with other systems, and tailoring the system to meet the company's needs. We strive to make Workday a user-friendly, self-service tool that caters to our organization's specific requirements.

This is a temporary position, with employment lasting until the end of January 2025.

In this position, you’ll 

  • Provide end user support on Workday questions
  • Create new and maintain existing user guides
  • Maintain Workday documentation
  • Identify end user knowledge gaps and suggest improvements for better adoption (Trainings, Users Guides, FAQs, Help Texts etc.)
  • Partner with HR and other stakeholders
  • Perform Workday testing following the provided test scenarios
  • Perform Workday Release testing and adopt improvements
  • Advocate for the use of technology and automation across people processes
  • Support other projects as required

About you 

  • Advanced Excel / Gsheet skills (pivot tables + vlookups)
  • 1+ year of experience of Workday administration
  • Good understanding on Workday Security, Business Processes and Condition Rules
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English
  • Capability of handling confidential information discreetly and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
