Information about the position

The Delivery Success Coordinator must contribute to achieving objectives by ensuring a real impact within the organization. They are responsible for a wide range of tasks related to delivery services. They contribute to the continuous improvement of the information necessary for parcel delivery and act as the reference point for our transport providers in delivery operations. At each stage, they ensure the consistency of their work and tasks performed to alert in case of observed anomalies and avoid possible errors.

In this position, you’ll

  • Verify and confirm information related to stores (hours, geolocation) and update our database
  • Assist in resolving operational issues encountered by our delivery partners to achieve objectives (redirect parcels to another point, call stores to schedule a new visit)
  • Manage the availability rate of delivery points via our platform and redirect parcels to another point in case of saturation
  • Analyze parcel statuses and ensure proper traceability of parcels to identify lost/stolen parcels
  • Daily monitoring via traceability tools of the status of delivery operations and taking necessary corrective measures
  • Manage investigative operations to address any element that may impact the quality and completion of delivery activities
  • Ensure smooth and regular communication with delivery point partners

About you

  • A first experience in a customer service or similar environment
  • Advanced mastery of Dutch, as well as English, speaking French is an advantage 
  • Good communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely, to collaborate effectively with teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with an uncompromising commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Good skills for research, extraction, and processing of information
  • Proficiency in the use of computer and office tools (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Basic problem-solving skills
  • Openness to working on a shift from Tuesday to Saturday

The salary range for this position is € 14.96 – € 20.24 gross per hour.
