Part of the Communications team and reporting to the Snr. Communications Manager, Financial & Business Comms, this role will primarily support our shipping business, Vinted Go, and is responsible for shaping and amplifying Vinted Go’s reputation as an emerging logistics brand. From creating and delivering responsive external communications plans in multiple European markets, to supporting the Vinted Go team in partner comms, this newly-created role will drive a range of external communications and PR.

This is a collaborative role, with the successful candidate required to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in Vinted Go and within Vinted’s corporate affairs team, to deliver communications plans, position Vinted Go positively in the market, and report on outcomes. You will also support communications needs in relation to Vinted Go’s partner network, and develop plans to capitalise on marketing efforts. 

This role will support the VP of Vinted Go in speaking engagements and interviews as needed, as well as other relevant spokespeople.

• Develop and deliver communications + PR activations to support Vinted Go’s business objectives.
• Develop and own messaging and Q&As related to Vinted Go, ensuring consistent communications cross-channel.
• Nurture relevant B2B, trade and business media relationships multi-market, for example in France, the Netherlands and Spain 
• Be a point of collaboration between Vinted Go, and teams across the wider Vinted business to to ensure alignment and maximise comms opportunities 
• Co-ordinate in-market news, announcements and projects for Vinted Go
• Support shared communications plans with Vinted Go’s network of logistics and delivery partners
• Tackle emerging comms risks related to our network and own-brand, working closely with colleagues in the press office
•  Advise on the best places to achieve our comms objectives, including industry events, trade media, podcasts, and support speakers 
• Partner with Vinted Go spokespeople at conferences and events, to maximise impact and help build Vinted’s Go’s industry profile as an emerging challenger brand. 

• An experienced communicator, with experience in a communications environment (agency or in-house)
• Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the consumer logistics and delivery sector
• Top quality writing and media relations skills 
• Fluent in English, with high standard French (C1/C2 level). Dutch language skills would also be a benefit.
• Confident working cross-functionally and advising a range of stakeholders, including senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Proven experience managing media interviews first-hand
• Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced, start-up environment. 
• Issues and crisis comms experience 
• Well-versed in comms measurement, reporting and monitoring
• Ability to travel
