Our Communities
We have a growing set of communities created by our employees. Places for people with shared identities, characteristics and experiences to come together, support each other, and foster inclusion.
Our demographics
Sometimes it’s easier to get a better picture of an organisation through data. We carried out internal gender identity surveys to find out how our organisation is split. For privacy reasons, self-reporting of gender identity is optional. We’re not at 100% responses yet, but we’re working on it.

The approximate total workforce split of the Vinted Group according to gender identity is 44% male, 55% female, and roughly 1% non-binary.

The overall split of people in leadership positions across the Group is 41% male and 59% female. This differs within different functions and units.
