DEIB at Vinted
We want to create an environment of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging where everyone listens, is heard, connects, and thrives. We’re working on complex global challenges together, which can’t be solved in an echo-chamber. That’s why we celebrate and find strength in our differences.
We’re amplifying our people’s voices and increasing visibility through our continuous commitments to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
- Increase inclusion for everyone
- Measure impact with targets
- Level gender balance where needed
- Build an equitable employee life cycle
We have a growing set of communities created by our employees. Places for people with shared identities, characteristics and experiences to come together, support each other, and foster inclusion.
A welcoming, private community for employees who identify as LGBTQ+ to support each other, openly share news and updates, and raise awareness.
A private space where women in Vinted can find support, discuss challenges, and share their struggles and successes.
A safe space for our neurodivergent colleagues and their neurotypical allies.
People of colour
A supportive community which unites colleagues from diverse racial and ethnic minority backgrounds.
A place for expats and immigrants living in Lithuania to connect with other internationals and locals.
Sometimes it’s easier to get a better picture of an organisation through data. We carried out internal gender identity surveys to find out how our organisation is split. For privacy reasons, self-reporting of gender identity is optional. We’re not at 100% responses yet, but we’re working on it.
The approximate total workforce split of the Vinted Group according to gender identity is 44% male, 55% female, and roughly 1% non-binary.
The overall split of people in leadership positions across the Group is 41% male and 59% female. This differs within different functions and units.
