Our Communities

We have a growing set of communities created by our employees. Places for people with shared identities, characteristics and experiences to come together, support each other, and foster inclusion.

Queerted

A welcoming, private community for employees who identify as LGBTQ+ to support each other, openly share news and updates, and raise awareness.

Women

A private space where women in Vinted can find support, discuss challenges, and share their struggles and successes.

Neurodiversity

A supportive space for our neurodivergent colleagues and their neurotypical allies.

People of Colour

A supportive community which unites colleagues from diverse racial and ethnic minority backgrounds.

Internationals

A space connecting internationals living in Lithuania to exchange experiences and resources relevant to creating a life in a new country.

Mental Health

A supportive space for colleagues to discuss mental health, exchange support, and raise awareness within the Vinted community.

Physical Disability

A community recognising the unique experiences, challenges, and successes of navigating careers and life with a physical disability.


Our demographics

Sometimes it’s easier to get a better picture of an organisation through data. We surveyed our colleagues on gender identity to find out the composition of our organisation. For privacy reasons, self-reporting of gender identity is optional. We’re not at 100% responses yet, but we’re working on it.


Workforce by gender identity

The approximate total workforce split of the Vinted Group according to gender identity is 48% male, 52% female, and roughly 1% non-binary.


Leadership split by sex

Our leadership identifies as 55% male and 45% female, with some variation within different functions and units.


Workforce by nationality

Our colleagues come from over 70 countries.
