If successful, you'll become an integral part of one of the fastest-growing teams within Vinted and contribute to the network expansion of the Vinted Locker and Vinted Shop networks in Europe.

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the bottom of the funnel sales activities, establishing contact with mature leads (establishments that want to join the Vinted Go Network) and closing contracts with the aforementioned, remotely. As part of the Network Expansion & Optimisation Team, you will work closely with all other sales and deployment functions to accelerate and optimise our development.

In this position, you’ll 

  • Sales Development: Manage all bottom of the funnel sales activities for highly qualified leads (locations). Sign contracts with businesses, retailers, property owners, and other organisations to launch the Vinted Go Locker network in Iberia.
  • Network Expansion: Work closely with the lead development team to maximise the conversion rate from initial conversations with potential Vinted Go locations to the signing of the contract. Increased foot traffic, associated customer demographics and brand awareness are key drivers in shop owners adopting the Vinted Go products.
  • Network Optimization: ensure that locations that partner with us are quality locations and adhere to our strict set of prerequisites so that the relationships we build are successful for both Vinted Go and our partners.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including deployment, operations, logistics, marketing, and legal, to ensure seamless integration and successful partnership execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Contribute to key performance metrics, closely monitor your daily individual effort metrics and analysis of your work and be proactive in suggesting new or better ways to work.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

About you 

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a big advantage but not a strict requirement
  • Spain-based, ideally in Madrid
  • Previous experience in a sales role, ideally 0-2 years.
  • Passionate about sales 
  • Start-up mindset
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, sales environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a startup environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating a willingness to take ownership and drive results.
  • Experience in using CRM systems, Google Suite, Slack and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of logistics and/or retail in Iberia would be an advantage
