The Global People Operations Team, which you’ll be joining, is dedicated to delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for employees at every stage of their journey. We lead with care and empathy, building efficient, intuitive processes and systems that keep our people at the center of everything we do.
Leveraging a strong foundation in Workday, our Jira ticketing portal, and automated workflows, we are now entering an exciting new phase: the launch of our People Shared Service Center. This centralized model enables us to scale our impact, enhance service delivery across the broader People Team, and create new opportunities for growth, development, and meaningful contribution.
As a People Operations Partner, you’ll help deliver an exceptional employee experience through your attention to detail, data-driven approach, strong communication skills, and passion for people.
In this position, you’ll
- Support and guide employees throughout their lifecycle with us – from onboarding to offboarding (employment documentation, visa & relocation, benefits)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and People documentation in Workday
- Manage the execution of routine and daily business operations to support overall efficiency
- Manage our ticketing system, addressing global employee requests and guiding them through the necessary employment documentation and processes
- Manage the benefits administration process, including enrollment, changes, and terminations, and support in implementing new benefits and statutory requirements while serving as the contact point to external partners
- Collaborate with other People Team functions and stakeholders on various initiatives and projects, ensuring mutual benefit
About you
- You have up to 2 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, international environment
- Support our employees end-to-end through the entire employee lifecycle (e.g. employment contract creation, visa & relocation, onboarding, offboarding, etc.)
- Act as a point of contact for all colleagues questions and requests using helpdesk technology to channel and measure the workload while providing an optimal user experience for Lithuania
- Review and update employee data & records in Workday
- Keep employee information and communication up to date during the entire employee lifecycle
- Supporting internal People teams on various requests (People Business Partners, Internal Communications, Talent Acquisitions, etc.) to support employees and company initiatives as needed
- Knowledge of global employment law will aid in managing daily tasks and employee requests, particularly in Lithuanian; any additional experience would be a plus
- You possess excellent communication and written skills in English; any additional European language would be a plus
- You're well-organized, collaborative, service-oriented, and passionate about finding automation solutions
- Experience with Workday would be a must

The salary range for this position is € 1,842 - € 2,492 gross per month.
