Information about the position
We are looking for Site Reliability Engineers to help evolve and maintain Vinted’s infrastructure. Currently, we manage over 7,000 physical servers running multiple platforms across various regions. We also use multiple cloud providers to extend our on-premises infrastructure.
This position is in the Production Engineering domain, responsible for keeping the Vinted platform up and running 24/7, and providing infrastructure to other teams at Vinted.

Currently, we’re looking for four Site Reliability Engineers to join our teams with different levels of experience.
In this position, you could work on these areas:
- Automating physical infrastructure provisioning, configuring data center networks and VPNs, managing DNS and domains, and handling edge systems like CDNs and load balancers.
- Supporting event-driven architectures with Kafka, Flink, and Schema Registry to enable stream processing, reliable messaging, and data consistency across systems.
- Designing, scaling, and operating distributed storage systems like Ceph, Redis, Memcached, Elasticsearch, and Etcd — often beyond official limitations and documented practices.
- Managing cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform and Terragrunt across AWS, GCP, Cloudflare, and other providers.

About you
- You have a strong programming background, ideally in Go or Ruby (though experience in other languages is also welcome).
- You have a solid understanding of Linux operating systems.
- You’re familiar with parts of our technology stack or have worked with similar tools and platforms.
- You communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
- You’re curious, motivated to grow, and eager to deepen your expertise in the concepts and technologies we use.

The salary range for this position is € 3,558 - € 8,842 gross per month.
