Information about the position 

As a Product Designer in the Order Domain, you'll craft solutions that make order management smoother, prevent issues, and help buyers and sellers resolve problems effortlessly.

You’ll work alongside a Product Manager, Engineers, and Data Analysts. You’ll collaborate closely with researchers, other designers, and content designers. Together you’ll transform challenges and opportunities into intuitive, efficient, and easy-to-use solutions.

In this position, you’ll 

  • Help us design the best order experience for millions of members. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional peers to define problems, map user flows, prototype interactions, and create impactful quality solutions that improve order management and resolution. 
  • Be the voice of our members, ensuring clarity and efficiency in every order journey.
  • Own design planning and execution for your team’s initiatives, from concept to launch.
  • Exchange feedback with design peers to elevate your work and refine deliverables and plans.
  • Conduct usability tests to validate design ideas, and collaborate with User Researchers on discovery studies to deeply understand user needs.
  • Be part of the Order domain and report to the Order Design Manager

About you 

  • Proven experience designing and shipping mobile native apps and web products.
  • Proven track record of shipping high-quality digital products.
  • Solid understanding of the design process - discovery to delivery.
  • Designing with qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Critical design thinker, driven to solve complex problems and able to align teams around problem areas and discovery.
  • Comfortable with driving iterative strategies to optimise processes and solutions swiftly.
  • Growth mindset; willingness to learn and openness to feedback.
  • A strong collaborator with cross-functional peers with good stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English.

This is a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave.
