Information about the position 

In this CD role, you will shape the creative direction of major global campaigns, guide and manage creative teams, oversee and maintain creative quality across all branded touchpoints, and unlock the full potential of our projects.

We are looking for an experienced creative leader who will drive creative excellence, work that performs, elevate quality consistently, and safeguard a consistent brand experience. You will directly manage and lead a team of copywriters and art directors and indirectly (matrix) lead a Studio of designers and producers.

In this position, you’ll 

  • Drive the development of channel-agnostic ideas and concepts for global campaigns and marketing initiatives with a strong performance mindset. Ensure seamless integration of visual storytelling with compelling copywriting, leading projects and teams from initial ideation through to final execution and delivery. Deliver work that consistently meets or exceeds performance KPIs.

  • Ensure the highest-quality creative output by providing strategic guidance, directional feedback, and proactive mentorship to the team, helping them to hit creative standards and deliver compelling work that is on-brief, on-brand, on-budget, and on-time.

  • Serve as the steward of the brand’s creative identity, ensuring all creative outputs adhere to established brand guidelines and standards. Maintain a coherent and consistent creative direction across all projects and platforms, safeguarding the brand’s integrity and enhancing its recognition and impact. Work closely with all team members to ensure that every piece of content aligns with the brand’s voice, visuals, and strategic objectives.

  • Take on all managerial responsibilities, including performance reviews. Mentor and nurture creative talent across both art direction and copywriting disciplines, cultivating a supportive, enjoyable team culture and promoting professional growth.

  • Champion efficiency at every step of the creative process, employing a “do more with less” attitude.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation by exploring and advising on new technologies, including the use of generative AI to enhance creative output.

About you 

  • You are a seasoned Creative Director with a rich background in conceptualizing, directing, and guiding successful advertising campaigns. Your expertise in both art direction and/OR copywriting is particularly strong in video and photography. You have demonstrated experience embracing tech, including the use of AI.

  • You are a collaborative, invested leader. You excel in leading teams and fostering partnerships with diverse groups of internal stakeholders.

  • Your portfolio reflects your wide-ranging creative expertise, showcasing successes across both film and static mediums, in-house or in agency settings.

  • You possess a strong understanding of creative strategy and identity for global brands, understanding how to develop creative that scales.

  • Your exceptional storytelling ability is matched by your communication skills in both written and spoken English, allowing you to articulate, pitch, and share your creative vision effectively.
