Information about the position 

As a Legal Support Specialist you will be a core member of the Legal & Compliance (L&C) team, responsible for maintaining the Legal & Compliance teams capabilities at a high level. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Legal Operations and Technology, this role plays a critical part in managing deadlines, documents, tools, supporting policy administration, and providing support for key projects within multiple teams in Legal and Compliance. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a collaborative approach to supporting legal operations.

In this position, you’ll 

  • Manage legal assets: organise and maintain our legal and compliance records, such as terms of service, agreements, and policy documents, ensuring they are accessible and current.
  • Support legal process: assist with routine legal tasks by organising files, tracking deadlines, supporting report filing, and updating templates and forms.
  • Support the team: work closely with our lawyers and compliance managers to provide essential support for ongoing projects, ensuring they run smoothly.

About you 

  • Education and experience: you should have a Bachelor’s degree or similar experience in a relevant field. Experience in business administration, a law department, project coordination, or similar roles is preferred.
  • Organisational skills: we value your ability to efficiently manage documentation systems while handling multiple diverse tasks.
  • Technical adaptability: be ready to quickly learn and use technical tools, especially those focused on legal technology and document publishing.
  • Attention to detail: your accuracy in managing records and documentation is key. Keeping documentation and tasks organised, accessible, and current is essential. 
  • Communication skills and collaboration: effective communication is vital for working with team members and ensuring information is shared accurately. Working well with diverse team members in Legal and Compliance to support smooth operations will be essential.
  • Adaptability: you’ll need to handle changing priorities and respond to the team’s needs flexibly.
  • Project management support: help manage timelines and resources to meet project goals.
  • Continuous improvement: being committed to providing input on refining processes and staying flexible to meet evolving team needs will be a major plus.
  • Language skills: you should be fluent in English. Knowing additional languages is a plus.

The salary range for this position is € 1,583 - € 2,150 gross per month.
