Information about the position
Join us as a Technical Program Manager in Vinted's vibrant Security and Privacy function! As a valued Security and Privacy leadership team member, you'll be crucial in supporting the entire Vinted Group. Your main responsibilities will involve overseeing impactful programs that span the entire Vinted community, and shaping and maintaining our security and privacy strategy and framework(s).

This role offers an exciting opportunity to navigate and drive programs in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
In this position, you’ll
- Manage the lifecycle of large and complex programs with considerable impact that support strategic goals, important business-level outcomes, and/or have significant financial implications
- Ensure that programs and initiatives are implemented faster while operations run more efficiently
- Be responsible for defining and establishing standardised internal operations processes to enhance organisational efficiency and program execution
- Improve processes and metrics required to effectively unblock delivery, accelerate innovation, and/or improve quality
- Increase transparency and predictability with roadmaps, planning, and stakeholder management
- Drive large-scale engineering efforts by collaborating with engineering, product managers, and program managers across Vinted with Security and Privacy to define program vision, objectives, scope, milestones, and success criteria
- Work with and influence leadership up to the executive level
- Work to keep the scope of engineering efforts under control and accelerate progress by driving timely, data-driven decisions
- Ensure focus on the most impactful projects and programs while reducing waste and frequent context-switching
About you
Program Management & Operational Excellence
- Proven ability to manage complex technical programs at enterprise scale, with a focus on pragmatic solutions and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated success delivering cross-functional, multi-year programs in dynamic environments, including process design and release coordination
- Solid understanding and application of methodologies such as TOC, Lean, TPS, Agile, or Scrum
- Expertise in core project management disciplines (scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, critical path management)
Change Management & Communication
- Experience driving change initiatives within large organisations, including navigating resistance and implementing new working practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage audiences from technical teams to executive leadership
Technical Acumen & Security
- Strong technical and problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of security and privacy principles, regulations, and best practices.
Business & Engineering Alignment
- Solid understanding of service delivery and product management from business and engineering perspectives

The salary range for this position starts from €5,758 gross per month, depending on your experience and qualifications.
