We’re seeking an Engineering Manager to join and lead the iOS Technologies team in the Marketplace Technologies domain. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure your team's health, morale, and efficiency and, of course, ensure your team contributes to our company's vision of making second-hand the first choice worldwide.

Be accountable for:

• Results of the team (delivery management and quality of engineering)

In practice, it means:

• Lead the iOS team of around 4-5 engineers
• Ensure the team’s direction and delivery
• Collaborate closely with iOS Staff Engineer, Technologies, and Marketplace leadership to deliver on iOS platform strategy for Marketplace
• Drive crucial cross-domain initiatives in testing and ensure their timely delivery
• Apply Agile and Lean principles in your work and ensure the team has a set of processes that enables them to be effective
• Focus on the professional and personal growth of your team and yourself, including conducting performance and compensation reviews

• Proven experience leading a software engineering team and delivering results
• You possess strong people management skills - have experience ensuring the development of team members
• Have a technical background and experience as an engineer.
• Project management experience delivery on cross-department initiatives

The salary range for this position is € 6,200- € 8,383 gross per month.
