Information about the position
As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations - Specialist you’ll be primarily responsible for maintaining the processes and technology that underpin TA activity at Vinted. You’ll identify and implement efficiency and automation opportunities in TA, using data-driven insights, and take these step improvements from ideation through to end-user adoption. You’ll also build, own and continuously improve a Knowledge Management Database for all things Talent Acquisition at Vinted.
You’ll report to the TA Operations Lead and co-create closely with TA Leads plus wider People Technology, Analytics and Operations teams to achieve more complex process improvements.
In this position, you’ll
- Identify, scope and drive recruiting process improvements in collaboration with the TA Team Lead and functional stakeholders
- Maintain the TA technology stack and be hands-on with systems configurations, being fully mindful of the impacts of any changes you make
- Build and maintain project documentation and process maps
- Design, build and maintain a Knowledge Base for the TA Team and key stakeholders. I.e Recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers
- Provide end-user support to Vinted’s Applicant tracking System (ATS) and other integrated recruiting technologies
- Provide end-user support for TA Processes and systems via a Jira ticketing system to Vinted’s employee population
- Contribute to interdependent People / HR-wide projects where TA is actively impacted and/ or involved
- Ensure all TA processes and systems comply with relevant regulations to mitigate risks
- Support in the rollout and user adoption of new processes (and related technologies)
About you
- Experience with coordinating small to medium-scale projects, within a Talent Acquisition or HR environment
- Proven experience (with examples of) elevating processes
- Ideally, Experience working with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and other TA systems and tools
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with stakeholders
- Comfortable with using data
- Experienced in updating and maintaining project plans and knowledge bases/ user documentation
- Experience in creating and documenting processes
- The ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English

The salary range for this position is € 2,342 - € 3,167 gross per month.
