Information about the position 

As the Director of Process Design & Optimisation, you’ll lead a team focused on improving our core processes and enhancing operational efficiency across the organisation. You will play a critical role in optimising workflows, enhancing productivity, and establishing best practices that align with our business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we meet our performance targets, reduce costs, and deliver outstanding service.

In this position, you’ll 

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and drive the strategy for operational excellence to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality across the organisation.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify, analyse, and improve critical business processes, utilising Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
  • Performance Metrics: monitor performance and implement corrective actions to ensure objectives are met.
  • Team Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team dedicated to process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product teams, along with other cross-functional groups, to ensure alignment and support for process initiatives.

About you 

  • 8-10 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a similar role, with a focus on strategy and process optimisation.
  • Experience working either within a technology company or as a client partnering with one.
  • Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies (certification preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to drive solutions for complex operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

The salary range for this position is € 3783 - € 5117 gross per month.
