Information about the position 

Member Support consists of 3 domains: Order Quality, Usability & Technical Support, Shipping & Delivery and Payment & Safety. As Member Support Project Specialist you will work within the Payments & Safety domain to ensure effortless Vinted user experience when it comes to member support. Currently we are looking for specialists in two different teams: 
Safety process quality team - specialises in topics and projects related to trust and safety in order to minimise cost and improve member value proposition.
Payments & segments process quality team - specialises in projects and topics related to payments and transactions in order to minimise cost and improve member value proposition.

In this position, you’ll 

  • Co-own and/or drive projects within Payments or Safety related topics (e.g. market launch, feature launch, internal process improvement initiatives)
  • Develop and improve policies, processes and procedures in Payments & Safety domain
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. product, content quality etc.) and external stakeholders (e.g. partners, payment providers etc.)
  • Own efficiency and high quality solutions for escalations or markets review
  • Contribute to setting goals and managing team's and partners’ performance

About you 

  • Prior experience in project, stakeholder or escalations management
  • Experience with data analysis, interpretation and reporting (working with BI tools or Excel)
  • Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and make quick, informed decisions
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills to make your point and successfully pitch your ideas
  • Strong time management, planning, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken

Individual Learning Budget

Vinted will set aside a yearly sum equal to 10-13.2% of your annual salary to be invested in your continuous professional development. You’ll be able to take the initiative to use it for covering relevant learning activities that benefit your role.

Hybrid Work 

We’ve adopted a hybrid workplace model where 2 days in office are recommended but not enforced. It’s up to you and your team to decide on the exact days you’ll spend working together in person.
