Information about the position 

As a Business Continuity Manager within our Security & Privacy Governance Domain, you'll lead a team to develop and maintain our business continuity management (BCM) strategy. Your strategic thinking, coupled with excellent execution and communication skills, will be key in driving highly impactful resilience programs throughout the organisation.

In this position, you’ll 

  • Build and manage Vinted’s BCM  framework to prepare for challenges and potential crisis situations
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and maintain business continuity documentation, including but not limited to business impact analysis, business continuity and disaster recovery plans, coordination of business continuity exercises, relevant risk assessments
  • Lead a team of Business Continuity experts (prior experience leading a team is considered a benefit)
  • Proactively evaluate potential crisis scenarios, including natural disasters, cyber-attacks, and other emergencies
  • Ensure proper implementation of selected business continuity and disaster recovery strategies and solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders  to ensure alignment between BCM activities and organisational goals
  • Develop and execute regular testing schedules for business continuity and disaster recovery plans
  • Prepare detailed reports on the status of the BCM program, crisis management activities, and incident response outcomes
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in business resilience and crisis management

About you 

  • +5 years of experience in business continuity management, crisis management, or a related field
  • Proven ability to lead and manage crisis situations effectively
  • Knowledge of business continuity frameworks (like ISO/IEC 22301) is an advantage
  • Professional certifications, like CBCI and CBCP, are an advantage
  • Familiarity with information security and risk management techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse teams
  • Proven ability to deliver consistent results while managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously
  • Always on the lookout for innovative methods to improve security across Vinted and our partners
  • Proactively identifying opportunities and addressing gaps with creative solutions

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken

The salary range for this position is 78,800 - € 106,600 gross per year.
