Vinterns 2025

Our Vintern programme offers a unique opportunity to dive into the professional world with our industry-leading teams. Here’s a glimpse of what to expect:

The programme extends from July 1st to October 3rd. To maximise the benefits of the Vintern programme, successful applicants must be available for the entire duration. 

In the first week, all interns are invited to our HQ in Vilnius for communal onboarding. It's a fantastic way to meet everyone and get a feel for our culture.

Information about the position 

As an Accounting Intern, you will support the Accounts Payable team in processing invoices and liaising with vendors on outstanding payments. This position is part of a dynamic accounting team that focuses on  timely and accurate invoices processing for all Vinted subsidiaries and maintaining seamless financial operations. Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Team Lead, you'll work closely with other members of the Accounting team to support financial activities and optimize our accounts payable procedures.

In this position, you’ll 

  • Learn to navigate accounting software and gain practical experience in data entry.
  • Develop skills in handling inquiries from vendors and internal partners regarding payable invoices.
  • Help with vendor master data optimisation initiatives.
  • Manage accounting archives and maintain organised records.
  • Work closely with the accounting team and participate in system automation setups.
