The programme extends from July 1st to October 3rd. To maximise the benefits of the Vintern programme, successful applicants must be available for the entire duration. 

In the first week, all interns are invited to our HQ in Vilnius for communal onboarding. It's a fantastic way to meet everyone and get a feel for our culture.

As an intern, you will be responsible for assisting the ad sales team in acquiring new advertisers, managing specific market tasks, and conducting comprehensive market analysis for impactful advertising solutions across the German market. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to expand your advertising knowledge while utilising multilingual, presentation, and sales skills to ensure successful campaign execution and identify growth opportunities across markets.

This role will be based within our Vinted Ads team, which oversees the management of advertising partnerships and campaigns on Europe's largest pre-loved fashion marketplace. You will work closely with the ad sales and ad operations teams, reporting directly to the Senior Advertising Sales Manager. Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Strategy, PR/Comms, Legal, and Finance to coordinate campaign execution and identify key opportunities for revenue growth.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the team's objectives, building internal sales documents, overseeing sales operations, maintaining strong and fruitful account management, and driving data-driven insights for advertising strategies. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of advertising sales within the fashion industry, while working alongside a talented and diverse team dedicated to driving business impact.

• Learn valuable skills in advertising sales, agencies/advertisers landscape, market analysis, and campaign execution
