Information about the position
As Agile Coach, you will be responsible for supporting our teams to improve existing processes and tools and develop new ones to help the organisation to scale efficiently. As part of the Transactional experience team you will report to the Director of Engineering of the domain. Transactional Experience domain focuses on ensuring a seamless transactional experience for Vinted members.
In this position, you’ll
- Support up to 8 teams in improving agile/lean development practices (identifying places where agility is lacking and taking ownership of concert actions execution)
- Act as domain POC for small-to-mid-size cross-domain initiatives, effectively taking ownership and leading them.
- Run and constantly improve quarterly planning in the domain.
- Research and continuously educate on product management best practices for all domain functions
- Improve collaboration (in teams, between teams, in domain, between domains)

- You have worked in at least two different setups as Agile Coach
- You have helped more than 10 teams in total
- You are/were successful in coaching beyond team scope and beyond engineering scope
- We don't want you to be able to quote agile manifesto, scrum book, etc. You know them by heart, not by letter.
- You can clearly list your top5 achievements as Agile Coach

Vinted will set aside a yearly sum equal to 13.2% of your annual salary to be invested in your continuous professional development. You’ll be able to take the initiative to use it for covering relevant learning activities that benefit your role.
Hybrid Work
We’ve adopted a hybrid workplace model where 2 days in the office are recommended but not enforced. It’s up to you and your team to decide on the exact days you’ll spend working together in person.

The salary range for this position is € 4,800 - € 6,600 gross per month.
