As a Business Continuity Management (BCM) Specialist focusing on the organisation’s resiliency, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that, regardless of the challenge, our entire ecosystem remains robust and ready to recover.

• Co-create with a senior BCM specialist to implement and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Validate crisis management operational readiness through the orchestration of table-top exercises, simulations, and translating post-drill gap analysis into actionable remediation plans.
• Provide clear, data-driven insights to executive teams regarding the current state of business resilience.
• Apply industry best practices in business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational continuity to elevate Vinted’s resilience.
• Coordinate BCM-related training and awareness communication.

• Quick learner willing to build business continuity capabilities within a fast-paced engineering environment.
• Can identify practical risks and explain them to stakeholders.
• Have experience in planning and building processes from the ground up.
• Can work well in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English.
