The programme extends from June 8 - September 4. To maximize the benefits of the Vintern programme, successful applicants must be available for the entire duration. 

In the first week, all interns are invited to our HQ in Vilnius for communal onboarding. It's a fantastic way to meet everyone and get a feel for our culture.

You will support the Network Performance team in analyzing and tracking the performance of the Vinted Go carrier point network. You will help gather data, maintain project trackers, and support Program Managers in their goal to enhance network reliability and cost-efficiency.

• Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing data related to Vinted Go carrier point performance. 
• Track the progress of ongoing performance improvement initiatives and maintain up-to-date project documentation. 
• Help prepare and distribute weekly performance status reports for internal stakeholders. 
• Support the Program Managers in clarifying ambiguous operational processes and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Problem-Solver: You have a natural affinity for data and enjoy the process of gathering, cleaning, and organizing information. 
• Curious about logistics: You are eager to learn the fundamentals of carrier networks and performance metrics.
