We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the product team that owns Vinted’s digital marketing performance tracking, SEO infrastructure, and GenAI-driven search capabilities. You’ll own the end-to-end development of our marketing measurement and search tooling, lead improvements to tracking and attribution pipelines, and be responsible for building a joint roadmap across Marketing and Member Lifecycle domain.

You will work very closely with Growth Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering teams to ensure our platforms provide accurate insights, scalable search experiences, and reliable tracking foundations that enable smarter decision-making and sustainable growth. You’ll be an integral member of the product team, collaborating with Product Analytics, and Engineering Leads - and become part of the ever strengthening PM community within Vinted.

Be responsible for;

Performance Tracking & Data Foundations

• Own end-to-end digital marketing tracking systems, ensuring reliable collection of performance, attribution, and behavioural data.
• Ensure high-quality, consistent data across web and app platforms for performance channels by managing event design, tag configuration, and monitoring for tracking drift, including on SEO landing pages.

SEO Platform & GenAI Search

• Oversee the tooling and systems that support organic search performance.
• Drive optimizations that improve rankings, reduce technical SEO issues, and support scalable content generation.
• Define how AI-enhanced search interacts with marketplace content, metadata, and user intent.
• Create visibility and strategy around GenAI Search optimization.

Roadmap & Cross-Functional Partnerships

• Build and manage a joint roadmap for Marketing Performance & Search with transparent reporting and timely delivery.
• Partner deeply with Data Science, Engineering, and Marketing to align priorities and build solutions that scale.
• Communicate trade-offs, dependencies, and opportunities clearly to stakeholders.
• Drive knowledge-sharing to raise organizational literacy around measurement, organic growth, and AI search.
• Enable Marketing teams with clear documentation, troubleshooting support, and best practices.

• Experience working with marketing app and web performance tracking (Adjust MMP, GA4 / Firebase).
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, search ranking signals, and technical SEO tooling.
• Interest or experience with AI/LLM search, ranking systems, or retrieval pipelines.
• Foundational product management skills focused on platform or tooling development.
• Excellent communication and co-creation abilities with both technical and non-technical partners.
• Curious, proactive, and motivated to improve processes, insights quality, and search experiences.

The salary range for this position is € 4,317 - € 5,833 gross per month.
