Information about the position
VintedGo has opened its very own parcel centres in Utrecht, Paris and Bordeaux. At the centre, Vinted parcels can be collected and dropped-off by customers. As parcel centre operative in Amsterdam, you help customers with their parcels, receive and return parcel bags to drivers, and proactively communicate with colleagues to further improve the centre.
In this position, you’ll
- Assist customers with dropping off and picking up their parcels.
- Facilitate drivers in the drop-off and pick-up of bags.
- Provide guidance and support to customers experiencing issues with their shipments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operation.
- Communicate with the representatives of other carriers shipped at the point.
- 7 months fixed term contract.
- 20h per week.
About you
- Proficiency in English. Dutch is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to represent a brand in a professional and friendly manner.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Good organisational abilities and attention to detail.
