As a Member Support Project Specialist in our Vinted Go Member Support Domain, you will work alongside other Shipping teams at Vinted to create and maintain excellent shipping network support processes and happy clients. We are looking for a data-driven, both process and result oriented individual who will help us deliver excellent customer support to business clients.

• Co-own Carrier performance management through consistent KPI monitoring, analysis and improvement per dedicated Carrier account
• Ensure timely and quality resolution of Claims, fuelled by regular situation analysis 
• Be responsible for regular and effective communication with the Carrier Accounts
• Own efficiency and high quality solutions for escalations (complex operational issues)
• Co-own and drive improvements and projects in shipping topics 
• Unify and develop standard policies and procedures for assigned Carriers
• Effectively lead CS stream in launching new markets and Carrier services
• Live Vinted's values and behaviours in every day work and encourage others to do the same

• You are skilled in developing, standardising, and unifying operational processes.
• You have strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data, make decisions accordingly and drive improvements.
• You have experience in customer support, stakeholder management and project coordination
• You have strong negotiation skills 
• You confidently and effectively communicate with people from within and outside the organisation, able to make your point and successfully pitch your ideas
• You are fluent in English both verbally and in writing
• You are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently and making quick, informed decisions
• You are keen to take on new challenges and won’t let go until the goals are reached

The salary range for this position is € 2308 - € 3125 gross per month.
