We used to always talk about “The Vinted way”. We knew what it meant, but we found it hard to explain. In 2019, after interviewing 300+ people over 6 months, we finally managed to put this into words.

Our communities

Team members across the group have set up a growing number of communities, where those with shared identities, characteristics, and experiences can connect as individuals, and foster inclusion together. 

Queerted

A welcoming community of LGBTQIA+ people at Vinted. It's a private safe space to chat, have fun, and raise awareness, with regular events for the community and allies.

Women

A private space for women in Vinted to share successes, discuss challenges, and advocate for one another.

Neurodiversity

Where team members of all neurotypes can provide peer support, advocate for neuroinclusion, and champion neurodiversity.

People of colour

A dedicated group for colleagues from ethnic minority backgrounds to connect and celebrate their cultural heritages.

Internationals

Helping Lithuania-based expats get to know one another and share experiences and resources as they build new lives together in a new country.

Mental health

A safe space where team members can discuss mental health, support one another, and raise awareness of challenges within the wider community. 

Who we are

We gave our colleagues the choice to tell us a bit more about themselves, so we could get a clear picture of who we are as a whole. While we don’t have responses from everyone, these figures will give you an insight into our demographics. 

Gender identity

Across the Vinted Group, there’s a 49.9% male, 50.1% female, <1% non-binary gender identity split.

Leadership

Our group-wide leaders are 55% male and 45% female, with some variation within different functions and units.

Nationality

We’ve got colleagues from over 78 countries working across all our global offices.
