Because moving to a new country involves many moving parts, we want to ensure you have peace of mind as you enter the country and find your footing.
- Moving from Europe (check eligible countries)*:
- Relocating alone: €3,000

Parental leave
Lithuania’s generous parental leave ensures primary caregivers receive 18 or 24 months of paid leave, and secondary caregivers receive 30 days of paid leave.
In addition, Vinted offers a financial top-up that brings your parental benefits up to your full gross salary for 20 weeks for primary caregivers, or 10 weeks for secondary caregivers, plus flexible leave until your child turns two. Learn more here.
Workation policy
Better balance holidays with workdays by working remotely up to 90 days per year, 21 of which can be spent outside of the EU.
Learning budget
Alongside shared experiences, we believe that we can continue to learn and grow through the methods that serve us each best. Depending on your career level, you’ll receive a minimum Learning Budget of €3000.
Share options plan
Though Vinted is not (yet) a publicly traded company, employees already share in its success with a share options plan. The plan uses a “pay-per-performance” reward system, meaning reward amounts are determined by your work performance. Secondary offers occur at a regular cadence, so the benefit doesn't just stay on paper.
