Brief info about Vinted

Our mission is to make second-hand the first choice, and we're looking for people who want to help us get there. Every day, we work together to help our members buy and sell pre-loved clothing and lifestyle items, giving each piece a second life – or even a third.
The Vinted Group is made up of three business units that support this mission:

Vinted Marketplace is Europe’s leading platform for second-hand fashion and a go-to destination for all kinds of pre-loved items, with a growing range of categories. Our platform connects millions of members across 20+ markets, helping great items find a new life.

Vinted Go enhances the shipping experience with a vast network of over 500,000 pick-up and drop-off points, partnering with more than 60 carriers across Europe, with added services like item verification for peace of mind on high-value pieces.

Vinted Pay is the newest part of the Vinted Group, dedicated to bringing secure, reliable payments to buyers and sellers across Europe. Seamlessly integrated into the Vinted app, it helps keep every transaction safe, efficient, and easy for our members.

Founded in 2008 in Lithuania, Vinted began as a way for friends to find new homes for clothes they no longer needed. In 2019, we became Lithuania's first unicorn! Today, our headquarters remain in Vilnius, and we've grown with offices across Europe, supported by a team of over 2,000 people.

This role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence, leading strategic business transformations, and empowering our operational teams and leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operational design, change and transformation management, data-driven continuous improvement, and cross-functional leadership, collaborating closely with Operations, Policy, Product, and Legal teams.

In this position, you’ll

  • Drive engagement strategies across enablement functions, creating a collaborative environment aligned with Vinted values and establishing enablement as a trusted partner to operations and the rest of Trust domain.
  • Establish clear framework metrics and performance management systems to evaluate, coach, and elevate the effectiveness and capabilities of enablement leaders and individual contributors.

Enablement & Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the architectural design, standardisation, and optimisation of end-to-end operational processes to maximise effectiveness, reduce friction, and eliminate waste.

  • Direct the strategy for onboarding, upskilling, and ongoing moderation specialists’ training, ensuring rapid time-to-proficiency and measurable performance improvements.
  • Oversee TSO knowledge infrastructure, ensuring information architecture, documentation standards, and change communications enable seamless, single-source-of-truth access for operational teams.

Business Transformation & Scaling

  • Act as a key change agent leading cross-functional transformation initiatives, aligning enablement deliverables with strategic business pivots, modules rollouts, and operational changes.
  • Partner closely with Operations leaders, Policy, Product, legal and trust domain leads to translate broader marketplace priorities into actionable enablement strategies and seamless operational execution.
  • Design and govern launch-readiness frameworks for new product features, policy shifts, new vendor sites or market expansions to ensure operational teams are fully trained, documented, and prepared prior to rollout.

Analytical & Strategic Excellence

  • Utilise strong analytical capabilities to connect enablement metrics (e.g., quality scores, learning retention, knowledge usage, process cycle time) to broader business KPIs, cost efficiencies, and customer outcomes.
  • Establish a structured CI framework (e.g., Lean / Six Sigma methodologies) to turn operational pain points and audit findings into systematic process enhancements.
  • Support building effective executive dashboards and reporting frameworks to showcase enablement ROI, trends, and focus areas to senior leadership.

About you

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven ability to synthesise quality insights, training data, and process bottlenecks into actionable business improvements.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing senior partners across Product, policy, and Core Operations.
  • Ability to balance high-level strategic transformation with hands-on, tactical operational readiness and execution.
