Vinterns 2026
Our Vintern programme offers a unique opportunity to dive into the professional world with our industry-leading teams. This initiative is designed not just to bolster your resume with impactful work experience, but also to enhance your interpersonal skills through collaborative projects with fellow Vinterns. Here’s a glimpse of what to expect:
- Hands-On Work Experience: Spend 85% of your time working closely with your team, contributing to meaningful projects and gaining insights from experienced professionals.
- Collaborative Learning: Dedicate 15% of your time to work alongside other Vinterns, embarking on joint projects that foster teamwork, innovation, and critical thinking.
- Personal and Professional Growth: Our programme is tailored to support your development in every sense, preparing you for a successful future by nurturing both your personal attributes and professional skills.
The programme extends from June 8 - September 4. To maximize the benefits of the Vintern programme, successful applicants must be available for the entire duration.
In the first week, all interns are invited to our HQ in Vilnius for communal onboarding. It's a fantastic way to meet everyone and get a feel for our culture.
Information about the position
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by assisting the Ads Sales team with market research, prospecting, and the creation of high-impact sales materials. You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, helping to forecast campaign performance while collaborating with Ad Operations to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
In this position, you’ll
- Support the Ads Sales team with advertiser prospecting and market research across priority industries and markets
- Assist in building sales materials, media proposals, and partnership presentations
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify new advertising opportunities
- Help prepare campaign forecasts and benchmark analyses for prospective clients
- Support campaign execution processes in collaboration with Ad Operations teams
- Assist with reporting preparation and performance analysis for live campaigns
- Maintain internal sales documentation and support operational workflows
- Contribute ideas for new partnership opportunities and advertising solutions
