Information about the position
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the team that owns Braze CRM. You’ll be responsible for the tool’s end-to-end development, data integrations, and joint roadmap. Working closely with Member Engagement Marketing, Member Lifecycle Communication, and other cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure Braze enables scale, reliability, and seamless management of communication campaigns.
You’ll collaborate with Product Design, Product Analytics, and Engineering and become part of Vinted’s strong PM community.
In this position, you’ll
Platform & Data Ownership
- Act as primary Braze admin (configuration, permissions, uptime, issue resolution).
- Own data flows, hygiene, and integrations (real-time and batch), ensuring accuracy, cost-efficiency, and reporting readiness.
Channel Experience & Performance
- Ensure consistent UX across email, push, in-app, and other channels.
- Drive optimisation in deliverability, load times, templates, and fallback logic.
- Monitor platform and channel performance, maintaining domain health.
Roadmap & Partnerships
- Build and manage a joint Marketing/Product roadmap with clear reporting and timely delivery.
- Lead the relationship with Braze (TAM, support, feature rollouts, documentation).
- Partner on internal tool integrations and provide solution design and technical consultancy.
Team Enablement & Support
- Onboard, train, and up-skill team members on Braze usage and best practices.
- Provide troubleshooting, campaign support, and knowledge sharing.
About you
- Experience working with Braze CRM and tooling development or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Braze, including data, channels, and integration setup.
- Familiarity with APIs and SDKs.
- Foundational product management skills with focus on tool development.
- Strong co-creation and communication abilities.
- Excitement for campaign management and campaign strategies.
- Proactive, structured, and driven to improve processes and products.

The salary range for this position is €4,317 - €5,833 gross per month.
