Information about the position
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for various Procurement activities within multiple categories. You will help purchase Professional Services, Office and Warehouse supplies, Utilities, Trainings and other services.
You will be based in the Procurement team, where you will report to the Manager of Procurement. The Procurement team supports the whole Vinted Group with everything 3rd party related.
You will work closely with multiple stakeholders throughout the Group to ensure business requirements are met while remaining compliant and cost-conscious.
In this position, you’ll
- Own simple purchasing flows
- Negotiate deals of various sizes
- Build supplier relationships
- Ensure business needs are met in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Legal to put together robust contracts
- Manage stakeholders
- Participate in creating a next-gen Procurement function

- Track record in Procurement or Sourcing
- Enjoy negotiation
- Care deeply about building relationships
- Excellent written and spoken English

The salary range for this position is € 2,567 - € 3,467 gross per month.
