As KYC Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation of KYC process activities to ensure an effortless and safe Vinted user experience as well as contribute to the company’s safety. 

• Conduct due diligence checks on new and/or existing customers.
• Assess and analyze client data to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyze screening alerts generated from our systems to identify potential red flags and escalate as necessary.
• Conduct EDD on high risk customers and escalate it to the senior management with detailed analysis.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of KYC regulations and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve KYC-related issues efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain accurate and organized records of customer information and documentation.
• Assist in developing and improving KYC procedures.

• Prior experience in KYC, compliance or a related field within the financial services industry.
• Sufficient knowledge of AML/CTF laws and regulations
• Experience with AML systems and tools.
• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and make quick, informed decisions 
• Strong time management and organizational skills 
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Fluent in English
