Information about the position
As KYC Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation of KYC process activities to ensure an effortless and safe Vinted user experience as well as contribute to the company’s safety.
In this position, you’ll
- Conduct due diligence checks on new and/or existing customers.
- Assess and analyze client data to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyze screening alerts generated from our systems to identify potential red flags and escalate as necessary.
- Conduct EDD on high risk customers and escalate it to the senior management with detailed analysis.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of KYC regulations and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve KYC-related issues efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and organized records of customer information and documentation.
- Assist in developing and improving KYC procedures.
About you
- Prior experience in KYC, compliance or a related field within the financial services industry.
- Sufficient knowledge of AML/CTF laws and regulations
- Experience with AML systems and tools.
- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and make quick, informed decisions
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Fluent in English

The salary range for this position is € 2,075 - € 2,592 gross per month.
