Information about the position
This is a commercially focused individual contributor role, ideal for professionals with over five years of experience in B2B sales and business development within the tech industry. The position offers the opportunity to shape and strengthen the company’s sales pipeline, build customer relationships, and contribute to long-term business success within Vinted Go's advertising revenue stream.
In this position, you’ll
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
- Develop and strengthen commercial partnerships with new and existing accounts through negotiations, proposals, and contracts.
- Conduct due diligence on potential customers and partners.
- Nurture relationships with new customers to ensure they receive the necessary attention and support.
- Identify and monetise upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
- Evaluate the total addressable market and forecast sales results to inform business strategies.
- Create and refine sales processes and tools to improve pipeline management and customer relationship management.
- Establish mechanisms for better collaboration across teams and domains, ensuring an effective feedback loop between customers, partners, and the business.
- Represent the company at business meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
- Act as a key negotiator for commercial and contractual details with partners and customers.
About you
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development, with the ability to independently create and manage sales pipelines.
- Fluency in English and French
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in developing sales tools and processes.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyse trends effectively.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

The salary range for this position is € 3488 - € 4719 gross per month.
