Information about the position
The Account Executive will be responsible for the bottom of the funnel sales activities, identifying, evaluating and closing new business opportunities for location owners that have multiple stores / business. Own the evaluation and discovery process from the moment that locations have become an MQL and are interested in deploying Vinted Locker or Vinted Shop products throughout their network of stores.
As part of the Network Expansion & Optimisation Team, you will work closely with all other sales, deployment and legal functions to accelerate and optimise our development in Iberia.
In this position, you’ll

Proactively hunt and prospect for new business opportunities. Manage all bottom-of-the-funnel sales activities for qualified leads. Initiate initial conversations with potential partners : businesses, retailers, property owners, and other organizations that have multiple locations to expand the Vinted Go Locker network in Spain & Portugal. Participate in the contract signing process from initial draft to negotiation to signature.

Collaborate with the lead development and marketing teams to maximize the conversion rate from initial conversations with potential Vinted Go locations to the signing of the contract.
- Ensure that location owners who partner with us provide quality locations and adhere to our strict set of prerequisites so that the relationships we build are successful for both Vinted Go and our partners.

Work closely with internal teams, including deployment, operations, logistics, marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless integration and successful partnership execution.

Contribute to key performance metrics, provide daily reports and analysis of your work, and be proactive in suggesting new or better ways to operate effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, using these insights to guide business development strategies.
About you
- Experience of at least 2-3 years in an Account Executive role
- Passionate about sales
- Experience in leading conversations with Senior level people in large organisations
- Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a big advantage but not a strict requirement
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, sales environment (Knowledge of logistics and or retail in Iberia would be an advantage)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a startup environment
- Experience in negotiating with business owners and director level positions within organisations
- Self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating a willingness to take ownership and drive results.
- Experience in using CRM systems, Google Suite, Slack and other relevant software applications
