Information about the position
We’re looking for a Brand Operations Coordinator to support the smooth flow of creative work across our Brand Marketing team.
This full-time role is a key support function within our Brand Operations team, helping to manage project intake, organize briefs, traffic requests, and coordinate timelines across the Brand Studio, our in-house creative agency. You’ll work closely with the Brand Operations Manager, project managers, and creative leads to ensure that requests are properly routed, scheduled, and tracked from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing or creative operations career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to learn the ins and outs of creative operations and project management. You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and love bringing order to chaos.
In this position, you’ll
Project Intake & Brief Coordination
- Manage the intake of new creative requests, ensuring briefs are complete and aligned with brand standards and SLAs.
- Route requests to the appropriate project manager or creative lead and track assignments in our project management system.
- Partner with channel, brand strategy, and Brand Studio teams to gather any missing info and clarify deliverable needs.
Traffic & Scheduling Support
- Monitor the flow of creative work—helping to prioritize and route tasks appropriately.
- Support timeline development by coordinating key milestones, deliverables, and approvals.
- Flag capacity issues or scheduling conflicts to the Brand Operations Manager.
Project Tracking & Communication
- Keep project trackers up-to-date and assist in maintaining status dashboards and reports.
- Schedule and document key project meetings (kickoffs, reviews, check-ins), and ensure agendas and recaps are shared.
- Assist in preparing and distributing deliverables and feedback to stakeholders.
Team Support & Documentation
- Help organize and maintain creative project files and asset libraries in collaboration with the DAM lead.
- Assist in the documentation of processes, templates, and best practices.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Brand Operations Manager and project managers as needed.
About you
- You have 1–2 years of experience in a creative, marketing, or production environment—agency or in-house.
- You’re eager to build a career in creative operations or project management and bring a proactive, curious mindset to your work.
- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and always thinking one step ahead.
- You have excellent communication and coordination skills and enjoy working with cross-functional teams.
- You’re comfortable working in project management tools (e.g., Lytho, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello) and have a strong grasp of email and calendar management.
- You stay calm and solutions-oriented under pressure and are known for your follow-through and reliability.
- You’re interested in learning how AI tools can improve daily creative operations—and open to experimenting with automation, drafting, or image support tools to optimize how work gets done.

The salary range for this position is € 2,167 - € 2700 gross per month.
