The application process

Our application process usually takes several weeks, ensuring a great fit between you and our team. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Application

First, you apply for a listed position. Tell us who you are beyond your CV! Highlight your passions, skills, and relevant projects in your motivational letter.

Step 2: Scenario Test

Take an interactive test that mirrors real situations at Vinted. This helps us understand how your problem-solving approach aligns with our values.

Step 3: Practical Assignment

Show us what you can do! You’ll have one week to complete a task related to your role, with support available if needed.

Step 4: Interview

A one-hour virtual interview with the hiring team, where we’ll discuss your experience, the assignment, and your aspirations. This is also your chance to ask us questions!
