Our hiring process usually includes a mix of interviews, practical tasks, and conversations with future teammates.
The exact steps may vary depending on the role - some processes are shorter, others go a bit deeper. Don’t worry, in your very first interview, we’ll walk you through what to expect.
- Talent Acquisition Interview
A chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to learn about Vinted, the role, and benefits (like hybrid policy, share options, and more). We’ll also walk you through the hiring process and answer your questions.
- Hiring Manager Interview
Meet your future manager to talk about the business unit, the team, and what success looks like in the role. A chance to ask your questions and hear what’s next.
- Assignment*
A practical task designed to reflect real-life challenges in the role. This is where you can show us your problem-solving, creativity, or technical skills.
- Panel Interview*
A deeper conversation with a panel of interviewers. We’ll explore your expertise further and, if relevant, review your assignment together.
- Final Evaluation Round*
The last step is about getting a real feel for Vinted: our culture, people, and challenges. At the same time, we’ll look at how your skills and values match the role.
Depending on the role and level, not every candidate will go through all three steps marked with an asterisk (Assignment, Panel Interview, Final Evaluation Round). The exact path will be shared with you at the start.
