Engineering academy

Fine-tune your existing coding skills while working on live projects alongside supportive colleagues. Your tech career at Vinted starts with a 2-month, team-led technical induction followed by 4 months co-creating with your team. 

Engineering academy tracks 

Each year’s academy tracks may vary based on Vinted’s needs. This year we are inviting you to choose one of four tracks.

Backend

Dive into one of the world's largest Ruby on Rails codebases, ensuring seamless development with monitoring tools like Grafana, Kibana, and Datadog.

iOS

Learn to work on a large-scale mobile application with millions of users using Clean-Swift.

Android

Enhance the Vinted app using Kotlin and comprehensive testing methodologies, including unit tests, integration tests, snapshot tests, and UI tests.

Web

Hone your skills of writing with ES6+ TypeScript code with sprinkles of SCSS-style code and HTML5-conformant markup.

Technical take-home task

Show your skills and analytical thinking with an independent task.

Two interviews

One focused on take-home task, your overall technical skills and problem-solving, and the other - on interpersonal skills, communication, and how your values align with Vinted.
