The application process

Applications for the academy typically open twice a year, in spring and autumn. During each intake, we carefully review all candidates to find the right matches. This step can take a few weeks. Here’s how it works:

Application

First, you apply for a listed position. Tell us who you are beyond your CV by highlighting your passions, skills, and relevant projects in your motivation letter.

Practical assignment

Show us what you can do! You’ll have one week to complete a task related to your role, with support available if needed.

Interview

A one-hour virtual interview with the hiring team, where we’ll discuss your experience, the assignment, and your aspirations. This is also your chance to ask us questions!
