Senior Outsourced Sales Manager: Vinted Go Acquisition
Brief info about Vinted
Our mission is to make second-hand the first choice, and we're looking for people who want to help us get there. Every day, we work together to help our members buy and sell pre-loved clothing and lifestyle items, giving each piece a second life – or even a third.
The Vinted Group is made up of three business units that support this mission:
Vinted Marketplace is Europe’s leading platform for second-hand fashion and a go-to destination for all kinds of pre-loved items, with a growing range of categories. Our platform connects millions of members across 20+ markets, helping great items find a new life.
Vinted Go enhances the shipping experience with a vast network of over 500,000 pick-up and drop-off points, partnering with more than 60 carriers across Europe, with added services like item verification for peace of mind on high-value pieces.
Vinted Pay is the newest part of the Vinted Group, dedicated to bringing secure, reliable payments to buyers and sellers across Europe. Seamlessly integrated into the Vinted app, it helps keep every transaction safe, efficient, and easy for our members.
Founded in 2008 in Lithuania, Vinted began as a way for friends to find new homes for clothes they no longer needed. In 2019, we became Lithuania's first unicorn! Today, our headquarters remain in Vilnius, and we've grown with offices across Europe, supported by a team of over 2,000 people.
Information about the position
Vinted Go grows by signing new pick-up/drop-off locations, and a large share of that growth is delivered by external sales agencies. You will own that network: the agencies running our field sales, virtual calling and digital outreach across Europe and the US.
Today these relationships are managed in a fragmented way. Your job is to turn them into one well-governed, high-performing extension of the acquisition team, with clear targets, a consistent operating rhythm and a single point of accountability.
This is a high-ownership role. You will act as an agency manager, performance analyst and budget owner, and above all as the guardian of the Vinted Go sales approach in every conversation an agency has on our behalf. You will build on the structure that already exists.
In this position, you’ll
Agency & Channel Management
- Own the full relationship with every outsourced sales partner across countries: onboarding, day-to-day management, escalations and offboarding
- Be the single point of accountability for agency sales results, replacing today's fragmented oversight
- Negotiate and manage contracts, SLAs and commercial terms, including pay-for-performance structures
- Evaluate, select and onboard new sales agencies as we enter new markets
- Build one operating framework (reporting cadence, WBRs, MBRs, escalation paths) that works the same way across agencies, channels and countries
Performance Management
- Define and track sales KPIs and SLAs per agency, channel and market: conversion, signed locations per rep, productivity, lead quality and adherence to the Vinted Go pitch
- Build and maintain dashboards that give real-time visibility into performance across the whole network
- Spot underperforming agencies or markets early and drive corrective action plans
- Translate acquisition targets set by leadership into agency-level performance expectations
- Run calibration and quality assurance (call reviews, field ride-alongs) so every agency sells consistently
Budget Management
- Own the outsourced sales budget across all agencies and countries: forecasting, spend tracking and variance reporting
- Analyze cost per outcome (CAC, cost per signed location, cost per hour) across agencies, channels and markets to drive efficiency
- Find and execute cost optimizations without compromising quality
- Report on budget and performance regularly to finance and leadership
Scale & Process
- Design the processes and governance needed to run a multi-agency, multi-country, multi-language sales network sustainably
- Build and maintain playbooks for opening new markets and onboarding new agencies
- Work with the acquisition team to align on targets, budgets and reporting standards
About you
- Senior experience managing external sales agencies or outsourced sales teams (field sales, telesales, digital lead generation), ideally across several countries and vendors at once
- A background in sales, acquisition or growth in a high-velocity environment, so you know what good looks like on the ground
- A strong record of agency performance management: setting KPIs and SLAs, running WBRs and MBRs, and driving accountability
- Budget ownership: forecasting, tracking and optimizing spend across multiple vendors or cost centers
- Comfort building structure and process from a relatively unstructured starting point
- Strong analytical skills, working easily in dashboards, reporting tools and a CRM to track performance and cost
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills: you hold agencies accountable while keeping the partnership productive
- Comfort working across time zones and cultures
- Fluent English; French and/or Spanish is an advantage
Why This Role Matters
Outsourced sales is one of the main ways Vinted Go signs new locations at scale, and it is growing in every market we enter. This role brings order, accountability and cost discipline to that network, and lays the foundation for further international and product growth.
