Information about the position
We’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Specialist to support and optimise the tools and technologies that underpins our Talent Acquisition function and all hiring activity at Vinted. With a strong focus on AI tools and features, automation, and process improvement, this role will serve as a key technical partner within the TA Ops team, helping manage features, improve workflows, automate manual processes, and deliver scalable technology solutions that enhance our hiring processes.
This role is suited for someone who is highly systems-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about using AI tools, automation, and recruiting technology to improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
You’ll report to the TA Operations Lead and co-create closely with TA Leaders and wider People Technology, Analytics and Operations teams to achieve more complex cross-functional process improvements.
Note. This role is initially offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of a further 6-month extension depending on business needs.
In this position, you’ll
- Partner with TA Operations team members to identify opportunities to automate repetitive recruiting tasks, such as candidate and hiring. manager communication, interviewer selection, and job posting. Proactively be part of automated solutions that come to life.
- Manage and optimise talent acquisition systems, including ATS, CRM, scheduling tools, assessment platforms, and reporting dashboards.
- Support the implementation and adoption of AI-powered recruiting tools and automation platforms.
- Ensure AI and automation tools are used responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Train recruiters and hiring teams on recruiting technologies, AI tools, automation processes, and best practices.
- Support the implementation and adoption of AI-powered recruiting tools and automation platforms.
- Support vendor evaluations, tool testing, implementation planning, and change management for new talent acquisition technologies.
- Continuously research emerging recruiting technology trends and recommend improvements to current processes.
About you
- Proven experience in TA or Recruitment Operations with a strong understanding of recruitment processes.
- Strong experience in ATS management, including hands-on configurations.
- Ideally, have been part of an ATS rollout or major systems change previously, including migration, implementation, or a major system or process change - e.g. testing, documentation, training, requirements gathering, adoption, or coordination.
- Experience using automation or AI tools such as Claude, GPT and MCP Connectors to practically improve workflows or operational efficiency. for TA teams.
- Knowledge of recruiting compliance, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable learning new technologies, championing and training others on them.
- The ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English.

Workation policy
