This is where our Talent Acquisition (TA) team plays a vital role.
In the role of Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in achieving the team's primary goal: attracting and hiring the right talent for Vinted while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Leveraging your expertise in recruitment, you will implement best hiring practices and collaborate with other team members on various projects. You will focus on supporting our key tech areas, including Engineering, Product Management, Data Science & Analytics, Design, and Research, to ensure we secure the best talent for these functions (note: your specific focus may shift based on business needs).

Note. This role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract initially. There may be an opportunity for the position to be made permanent in the future, depending on business needs.
In this position, you’ll
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, proactive candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and extending offers
- Build effective candidate talent pools through proactive sourcing, job boards, employee referrals, social media & employer branding campaigns and networking events
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless interview process to attract the right talent
- Provide guidance to Hiring Managers and Interviewers on effective interview techniques and candidate evaluation methods
- Track and report on key hiring metrics to ensure efficient recruitment processes, while providing a positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience
- Actively contribute to talent acquisition initiatives, such as process improvement projects
- Stay on top of recruitment trends and innovative candidate evaluation tools to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition
About you
- You have prior experience as a Sourcer, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist
- You are proficient in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
- You have proven experience in candidate engagement and relationship building
- You are a collaborative team player who openly shares ideas and knowledge to achieve shared goals
- You are fluent in English and can communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different levels of seniority
- You have a proactive mindset and an eagerness to learn and grow within the talent acquisition field
