In your new role, you will become part of the Financial Operations team which together with another team of Business Analytics is part of the Vinted Go Finance and Business Analytics domain. Together the function is responsible for coordinating the growth strategy, financial planning, operational resource planning, performance measurement, and financial operations for Vinted Go.

The Financial Operations team is responsible for implementing and improving processes to achieve greater efficiency and accuracy, reduce errors and risks, and provide timely and accurate financial information to support better decision-making.

• Lead and support cross-functional projects related to CRM finance requirements implementation, billing process redesign, and finance systems improvements.
• Own project workstreams from planning through execution, including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, testing, rollout, documentation, and post-implementation monitoring.
• Work closely with Sales, Group Finance, IT, Data Analytics, Customer Support, Operations, and external partners to improve billing processes and ensure scalable end-to-end solutions.
• Analyse current billing and invoicing processes, identify inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities, and propose practical improvements.
• Conduct reconciliation between billing data and financial systems such as ERP, CRM, BI tools, and other sources
• Investigate and resolve complex billing-related issues raised by internal and external stakeholders, identifying root causes and implementing preventive actions.
• Lead finance user acceptance testing for CRM, billing, ERP, and integration changes, ensuring functionality, controls, and data accuracy meet business needs.
• Use data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, BigQuery, or BI tools to identify discrepancies, monitor process performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual work, increase accuracy, and support operational scalability.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field. Equivalent working experience is also acceptable.
• Solid experience in finance, billing operations, project management, business operations, or a similar fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience supporting CRM implementation or system change projects, with a focus on data architecture, data model design, data quality, process alignment, and ensuring billing-related data flows are structured accurately and efficiently.
• Strong project management skills, including ability to manage timelines, dependencies, stakeholders, risks, and multiple parallel initiatives.
• Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience with ERP or billing systems such as NetSuite is considered an advantage.
• Comfortable translating business requirements into process flows, system requirements, test cases, controls, and operational procedures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, and working with large datasets; experience with BigQuery, data warehouses, BI tools, and Jira or similar delivery tools is considered an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Sales, IT, Data, Operations, and Management.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

The salary range for this position is € 3,117 - € 4,217 gross per month.
