• Work closely with domain leadership, drive co-creation of the domain's engineering strategy, and ensure that our technology strategy aligns with the product vision.
• Work closely with engineers, improve and own the Supply domain part of Vinted Marketplace. 
• Collaborate with leadership to set the best practices for software engineering.
• Be a voice of the engineering team and a technical leader when it comes to initiating and supporting projects across the domain and the whole organisation.
• Create and maintain a technical roadmap for the domain, and ensure teams within the domain are involved in executing it.
• Collaborate with other domains on overarching deliverables and shared technical responsibilities.
• Collaborate with other developers through GitHub pull requests and code reviews.

• You have a proven track record as a technical engineering leader (Staff/Principal equivalent), having successfully defined, led, and delivered major, company-wide technical initiatives.
• You can effectively communicate complex technical goals to both internal and external audiences.
• You can drive a clear architectural vision by collaborating and iterating on software design.
• You are excellent at communicating in spoken and written English.
• You are willing to take on new challenges and constantly grow as an engineer and leader.
• You have experience with high-scale, distributed systems and are willing to work with Go, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, and more. We don't expect you to be familiar with any of them beforehand.
• You have experience building and maintaining systems at a massive scale (e.g., handling 2+ million requests per minute), with deep knowledge of observability tools (Kibana, Grafana, Datadog) and a passion for introducing new practices.
