Information about the position 

As a Sourcing & Recruitment Support Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our sourcing capability, enabling the wider Talent Acquisition function to hire more strategically, proactively, and efficiently. You will establish the Sourcing & Recruitment Support team from the ground up, define ways of working, and drive a consistent sourcing and pipelining strategy aligned with current and future business needs. You’ll set team priorities and goals, ensure exceptional delivery standards, and personally lead the most complex or strategic sourcing initiatives. While talent pipelines, search strategies, and market intelligence will be your core focus, we also expect you to foster an outstanding experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners throughout the process.

In this position, you’ll 

  • Co-create and drive the overall candidate sourcing and pipelining strategy in partnership with TA leadership, ensuring it aligns with business priorities and hiring needs.
  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing Sourcing & Recruitment Support team equipped with modern sourcing skills and methodologies.
  • Establish sourcing frameworks and team’s ways of working, including workflows, SLAs, communication guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Lead strategic or complex sourcing efforts, providing hands-on support for critical or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Develop and optimise candidate sourcing, screening, pipelining and scheduling processes and tooling, to improve efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience.
  • Build sustainable talent pipelines and deliver robust market intelligence to support strategic workforce planning.
  • Implement clear performance metrics, monitor delivery, and use data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Partner closely with TA Specialists, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth collaboration.
  • Maintain high-quality data within the ATS and establish reporting that surfaces insights on pipeline health, talent availability, and conversion trends.

About you 

  • Demonstrated ability to build or scale sourcing capability - either through direct leadership of a sourcing team or through senior sourcing or recruitment experience showing strong leadership potential.
  • Ability to coach and develop others, supported either by prior team leadership experience or by strong evidence of informal leadership and mentoring in previous sourcing or recruitment roles.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, Boolean search, talent mapping, and pipeline building across a variety of roles and markets.
  • Deep understanding of talent market dynamics, sourcing tools, CRM/ATS systems, and emerging technologies in sourcing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to develop and interpret sourcing metrics, draw insights, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).

The salary range for this position is  3,033 - € 4,100 gross per month.
