Information about the position 

As a Member Support Quality Development Specialist, you will enhance the competencies of our partner training and quality assurance teams. Your responsibilities will include developing competency standards, implementing and conducting competency audits and providing ongoing feedback to ensure compliance with Training and Quality area standards. After identifying training needs, you will develop and deliver “train-the-trainer” programs tailored for trainers and QAs. You will also track various performance metrics to assess the impact of training programs and audits. You will drive continuous improvements by leveraging technology and tools to support efficient training delivery and competency assessments. In this role, you will report to the Quality Assurance and Development Team Manager.

In this position, you’ll 

  • Develop competency standards for partner trainers and QAs.
  • Implement and conduct competency audits (visits and meetings).
  • Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to partner trainers and QAs to enhance their competencies and compliance with Training and Quality area standards.
  • Regularly identify training needs, develop and deliver “train-the-trainer” programs for partner trainers and QAs.
  • Monitor partners' performance metrics and generate reports to assess the impact of training programs and audits.
  • Collaborate with various external and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvements within the Training and Quality area.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of training processes and continuously refine them.

About you 

  • Proven experience in business training.
  • Strong analytical skills for collecting, analysing and using data to support enhancing partner training and quality teams’ efficiency.
  • Results-oriented with project management competency to drive improvement in Training and Quality area, and achieve set goals.
  • Expert in collaboration to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align agendas with business goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Open to change and maintaining a positive attitude towards dynamics.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level).
  • A degree in educational sciences (would be an advantage)
