We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join one of our Product Engineering teams within Vinted Go working on parcel delivery operations. E.g.:

• Core features of the VintedGo carrier
• APIs for our partners to ensure smooth integrations
• Tools for operatives under the roof that keep our operations efficient
• Midmile truck management
• Relabelling

• Owning the delivery management and aligning with stakeholders (internal and external)
• Maintaining the health and maturity of the team
• Ensuring Quality of Engineering

• Drive the implementation of the technical strategy within the team
• Ensure the team’s deliveries and Key Results are achieved
• Collaborate closely with other Engineers to bring continuous improvements in Engineering organization
• Apply Agile and Lean principles in your work and ensure the team has a set of processes that enable effectiveness
• Focus on the professional and personal growth of your team, including conducting performance and compensation reviews
• Build and maintain a team of people who trust each other, are not afraid of conflict, are committed and accountable, and care about results

• You have engineering experience of your own - we expect that you are excited about engineering and keen to learn
• Proven experience leading a software engineering team and delivering outcomes
• Know how to make teams effective, manage scopes, and deliverables
• Have experience building teams & hiring new team members
• You possess strong people management skills - have experience ensuring the development of team members
• Solid proficiency in communicating with both technical and management levels
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
• Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English

The salary range for this position is €6,258 - €8,475 gross per month.
